1. Navigation & Safety Department

Captain/Deputy Captain

  • Responsible for the overall safe navigation, command, scheduling, berthing, unberthing and operational management of the cruise ship.
  • Hold valid professional certificates issued by maritime authorities with relevant navigation qualifications.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and excellent emergency response capabilities.
  • Preference will be given to those who love culture and art and have good comprehensive literacy.
  • Responsible for deck safety inspections, mooring operations, passenger embarkation and disembarkation guidance, and order maintenance.
  • Follow management instructions, work rigorously and earnestly, with basic safety awareness and service awareness.
  • Preference will be given to those with relevant experience in maritime, yacht or cruise ship operations.
  • Preference will be given to those with a neat appearance, hardworking spirit, artistic expertise or artistic perception.

2. Engineering Department (Core Technical Positions)

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance and support of the ship’s power generation system, circuits, lighting and intelligent equipment.
  • Ensure stable operation of conference systems, audio, large screens, lighting and central control equipment.
  • Hold a valid electrician certificate; familiarity with ship electrical systems is preferred.
  • Meticulous and responsible; preference will be given to those with artistic aesthetics and stage lighting knowledge.
  • Responsible for the inspection, repair and maintenance of the ship’s water supply, air conditioning, fire protection systems and public facilities.
  • Resolve temporary failures quickly to ensure zero equipment faults and stable operation during voyages.
  • Strong practical skills, careful and responsible; preference will be given to those with cruise or yacht maintenance experience.
  • Preference will be given to those with artistic aesthetics and expertise in venue maintenance and arrangement.

3. Premium Conference Services Department (For International Conferences)

  • Responsible for overall coordination, process control, VIP reception and on-site management of international conferences.
  • Coordinate etiquette, catering, equipment and guest flow to ensure efficient and smooth conferences.
  • Fluent in English; preference will be given to those with experience in managing high-end conferences, exhibitions and business events.
  • Preference will be given to those with art knowledge, cultural literacy and stage or event coordination capabilities.
  • Responsible for the operation and support of intelligent conference systems, large screens, audio, microphones and central control systems.
  • Conduct professional pre-conference debugging, full on-site support and standardized post-conference arrangement and maintenance.
  • Familiar with various conference equipment, strong practical skills, basic English communication skills.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in operating equipment for artistic events and performances.

4. Premium Etiquette Services Department

  • Responsible for overall coordination, process control, VIP reception and on-site – Provide conference reception, seating guidance, beverage service and full VIP service in accordance with international five-star flight attendant standards.
  • Excellent image and temperament, elegant manner, strong affinity, first-class service awareness and high professionalism.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese proficiency is preferred.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in flight attendance, high-end hotels, conference services or cruise services.
  • Priority recruitment for those who understand art, play musical instruments, have artistic expertise or outstanding artistic temperament.

5. Catering Services Department

  • Responsible for overall coordination of onboard catering services, quality control, staff scheduling and management.
  • Ensure efficient, orderly and high-end experience for meals, beverages, coffee breaks and banquet services.
  • Preference will be given to those with management experience in high-end banquets, Western food or cruise catering.
  • Preference will be given to those with artistic aesthetics and knowledge of table aesthetics and venue arrangement.
  • Responsible for food distribution, beverage service, table arrangement, on-site service and guest interaction.
  • Neat appearance, efficient work, enthusiastic service and strong teamwork spirit.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in restaurants, banquets, cruises or high-end hotels.
  • Preference will be given to those with art knowledge, talents and elegant temperament.
  • Responsible for the preparation and quality control of light meals, coffee breaks, beverages and delicate snacks.
  • Extremely strong hygiene awareness, quick and standardized work, adaptable to the efficient onboard working environment.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in Western food, desserts, banquet kitchens or cruise catering.
  • Preference will be given to those who focus on plating aesthetics and have the ability to present food artistically.

6. Security Services Department

  • Responsible for maintaining on-board safety and order, passenger safety reminders, fire safety inspections and emergency support.
  • Maintain overall safety and on-site order during embarkation, navigation, disembarkation and conferences.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in security, fire safety, yacht or cruise safety work.
  • Upright image, strong sense of responsibility; preference will be given to those with artistic literacy.

7. Hong Kong Cruise Club

  • Responsible for high-end client liaison, membership maintenance, business negotiations, event cooperation and full-process order follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and business negotiation skills, familiar with high-end business etiquette, decent appearance and strong service awareness.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese is preferred.
  • Relevant internship or work experience in culture and tourism, cruise lines, high-end hotels, private clubs or business sales is preferred.

8. Hong Kong Dream Art Troupe

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in various performances including on-site cultural tourism shows, commercial tours and cross-border art exchange events.
  • Complete daily professional rehearsals, repertoire polishing and stage performance tasks.
  • Cooperate with choreographers in repertoire optimization, on-site adjustment and performance execution.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in one or more professional dances: folk dance, modern dance, jazz dance, classical dance.
  • Responsible for live artistic performances for high-end cruise dinners, theme parties, cultural salons and festival events.
  • Strong stage performance, dignified and professional stage presence, good image and temperament, with mature stage performance experience.
  • Graduates from relevant majors in art institutions with formal stage performance experience are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creation of cultural tourism performances, dance segment design, rehearsal organization and on-site execution.
  • Create original immersive dance works at sea combining the cultural characteristics of Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong.
  • Cooperate with music, stage art, costume and lighting teams to complete the overall artistic presentation of the performance.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from choreography or related major, with independent creation and rehearsal ability.
  • Mature repertoire works and professional stage choreography experience are preferred.
  • Excellent artistic creativity, on-site control ability and practical execution ability.
  • Proficient in at least one professional performance: piano, guzheng, vocal music or instrumental performance.
  • Capable of demonstrating and interacting in excellent traditional Chinese culture such as calligraphy, Chinese painting, tea art and flower arrangement.
  • Provide on-site performances and immersive experiences for high-end art salons, cultural dinners and special cultural events on cruise ships.
  • Candidates with solid artistic skills, stage performance experience and profound traditional cultural literacy are preferred.
