Headquartered in Hong Kong and rooted in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the company leverages Hong Kong’s diverse strengths as an international financial, trade, and cultural hub. It has rapidly expanded its business across the Chinese mainland and Asia, and is committed to building a world-leading maritime cultural tourism platform.

To achieve this objective, the company is collaborating with Bauhinia Culture Group and China Merchants Group to develop a fleet of high-end cruise ships exceeding 10,000 gross tons. As the project’s first flagship vessel, "Dream One" is positioned as a benchmark for coastal cultural tourism in Hong Kong. It was named at a ceremony in Hong Kong in September 2026 and serves as a tribute to the 30th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to China.
